• Green Weddings – a brochure is available on suggested 'green' sources
• Green Meetings – program options for planners are available
• Recycling containers during meetings will be provided if desired
• Sustainable cuisine practices are in place
• Produce is purchased from local growers whenever possible
• Vegetarian and vegan menu choices available
• Food and beverage operation uses reusable glass and ceramic rather than disposables; also fabric table cloths and reusable centerpieces versus disposable drapes and decor
• Upon request for group functions, food and beverage will serve buffet-style without garnishes and beverages from dispensers
• Leftoer water and ice are used to water plants and replenish fountains
• Retired hard goods are donated whenever possible and so are unused meeting supplies or product samples left behind
• Meeting rooms have dimmer lights and windows for natural light use
• Margins are changed to .75 inch on office documents to use less paper
• Sales proposals and other documents are emailed and provided electronically
• Collateral is printed using soy based inks and recycled papers
• Recycled and refurbished toners are used in office printers
• Double sided copying is done whenever possible
