Resort Fee
Please Note: You will be charged a separate, daily $30 Resort Fee per room not included in room rate. This fee is taxable. The Resort Fee includes:

• Valet parking
• Wireless Internet access
• Business center use
• In town transportation
• Fitness center and steam room access with weekly yoga classes
• Weekly wine, cheese and margarita tastings
• Other services & amenities to enhance your stay

Resort Fee inclusions and rates are subject to change.

Tax Information
There is a 15.1875% local and state tax applicable to all room charges.

Deposit Policy

• A deposit of $200 per reservation is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
  
• Full and final payment is due 7 days prior to arrival and is automatically charged to the card on file at that time. Reservations that are booked inside 7 days from arrival date are charged full and final payment at time of booking.

Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation outside 72 hours of arrival. Cancellations made72 hours or less of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

Indian Market: August 16-19, 2012

• A deposit of entire stay room and tax is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
  
• For Indian Market reservations staying August 16-19: Full and final payment is automatically charged to the card on file at the time of booking.
  
• For Indian Market reservations scheduled to arrive August 16-19: Free cancellation prior to July 4th. Non refundable as of July 4th. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

Debit/Credit Card Policy
All major credit/debit cards will be accepted (American Express, Discover, Diners, MasterCard and Visa) by La Posada with a valid photo ID. The physical Credit/Debit Card and the Card holder must be present at time of check in.   Please be advised that by using a Debit Card, your bank will withhold an amount equal to your room rate plus $40.00 per adult/day. Any additional charges Will also be charged to your account on a daily basis. The unused portion of the hold will be released to your account, based on your bank’s policy, usually within three business days.

Smoking Policy
La Posada de Santa Fe a non-smoking resort.  Smoking inside a guest room will incur a $250 cleaning fee. La Posada does allow guests to smoke outside of its buildings.

Spa Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment or service. For cancellation of a package, 48 hours notice is required.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at La Posada for a non-refundable fee of $75 per pet, per room, with no weight limit.
