Fees & Policies

Resort Fee
There is a $15 daily resort activities fee, which covers unlimited local calls, wireless high-speed Internet access, use of the business center, shuttle service, access to the fitness center, weekend entertainment and cultural programs. Also included is a weekly Chef's Reception, wine tasting, cheese tasting and Margarita Mondays - a fun and interactive class all about the famous drink. More choices include art lectures and tours, history lectures, and a guided hike in Bandelier National Monument offered spring through fall.

Parking Fee
There is a $15 daily valet parking fee for each vehicle that is parked at the resort during your stay. The daily parking fee is in addition to room charges and local and state taxes.

Tax Information
There is a 14.937% local and state tax applicable to all room charges.

Deposit Policy
A deposit amounting to one night's room and tax is required at time of booking for all online transactions, and is due day of booking for all phone reservations. Credit cards, bank drafts, and personal checks are accepted for deposit. During Indian Market the full stay amount is do at booking and is subject to special cancellation policy through that time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival date (local New Mexico time) will be assessed a charge of one night's room and tax. During Indian Market, cancellations must be made by July 7, 2008 - 45 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation within 45 days will be assessed a charge of four night's room and tax. During Christmas break cancellations must be made 21 Days prior to the arrival date.

Spa Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment or service. For cancellation of a package, 48 hours notice is required.

New for 2008 - Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at La Posada for a non-refundable fee of $75 per pet, per room, with no weight limit.  A portion of the pet fee will be donated to local shelters.
